100+ Women Who Care of Shelburne County is based on the simple concept of bringing together 100+ local women to make a large impact within their community.
At a one hour event held four times per year, we will bring together 100+ women who have committed to bring a $100 cheque to be donated to one of the three charities present. At the end of the night, all the cheques are made out to the winning charity. If 100 women participate, the annual financial impact is $40,000 to the community. If you feel you want to be a part of this exciting group but can’t afford to make the $400/year commitment, get some friends/family/coworkers together and cost share the commitment! Each group will get one vote per group. And if a men’s chapter is formed, that amount has the potential to double! We come from various financial backgrounds and walks of life. As individuals, we felt that it was sometimes difficult to make a very large impact, but together we have the ability to contribute to the growth of our communities in ways that we never could have imagined. We invite you to become a part of this movement, to be the change you wish to see in this world, and to make a difference in Shelburne County. |
